We are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. If any of our products malfunction during use during our warranty period, we will choose to repair or replace them for free.
Before returning any product, we need to confirm that it is produced by us, and we need to identify it based on its appearance, label, and other information, all returns must be accompanied by an approved RMA (Return Material Authorization) from Shenzhen Mshine Technology Co.,Ltd. Please confirm orders receipt and delivered before starting a return.
The following RMA is not acceptable:
• Products exceeds the warranty period.
• Products don’t accord with our warranty policy.
• No RMA agreement was reached with our sales representative before RMA.
• RMA is not done based on our RMA instructions.
